 | This year, MGM S.p.A. celebrates the 10th anniversary of our presence in the in-line world.
We were the last brand entering the market ten years ago when there were many big players on the in-line skating scene.
With our hard work, dedication, and innovations we grew very fast. |
We revolutionized the speed segment and ended up setting the standard
with our patented 100mm wheel and frame set up. We were the first to
address the specific needs of the lady consumers with our "Women on
Wheels" concept.
The Carving concept applied to the in-line skates was created with our patented
Active Steering technology.
We have patented our extendable mechanism which is an easy to use and
one of the most unique size adjustment systems in the world.
We, as MGM S.p.A. and Fila Luxembourg, recently announced the renewal of our
licensing agreement for the production of inline skates under FILA brand. Under the terms of the agreement we were granted a worldwide exclusive licence to produce and sell skates for a period of 12 years, with renewal option for the
same or longer period. "I am sure the new long term arrangement will
give MGM even more energy to reach leading position in our business," announced Mr. Enzo Prandina, MGM S.p.A. President.

"We look forward to a long and prosperous relationship for both companies."
